Recently, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued the Announcement on the Adjustment Plan for the Working Years of Some Admittance Vocational Qualification Tests, clarifying the reduction and adjustment plans for 14 quasi-class vocational qualification tests, including Level 1 constructor, Level 1 cost engineer, Level 2 cost engineer, supervision engineer, and intermediate registered safety engineer.

Current registration conditions

（1） He has obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics and has worked for at least 6 years, including at least 4 years in construction management of construction projects.

（2） Obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for at least 4 years, including at least 3 years in construction management of construction projects.

（3） He has obtained a double bachelor's degree or graduate degree in engineering or engineering economics, and has worked for at least 3 years, including at least 2 years in construction management of construction projects.

（4） Obtained a master's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and worked for at least 2 years, including at least 1 year in construction management of construction projects.

（5） He has obtained a doctor's degree in engineering or engineering economics, and has been engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least 1 year.

Adjusted registration conditions

（1） He has obtained a college degree in engineering or engineering economics, and has been engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least 4 years.

（2） He has obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and has been engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least 3 years.

（3） He has obtained a master's degree or above in engineering, management science and engineering, and has been engaged in construction management of construction projects for at least 2 years.

First-class cost engineer

Current registration conditions

（1） Have a college degree (or higher vocational education) in engineering cost, and have been engaged in engineering cost business for at least 5 years;

He has obtained a college degree (or higher vocational education) in civil construction, water conservancy, equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, finance and commerce, and has been engaged in engineering cost business for at least 6 years.

（2） Have a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering management and engineering cost that has passed the professional evaluation (certification) of engineering education, and have been engaged in engineering cost business for at least 4 years; Have a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering, management and economics, and have been engaged in engineering cost business for at least 5 years.

（3） Have a master's degree or a second bachelor's degree in engineering, management and economics, and have been engaged in engineering cost business for at least 3 years.

（4） He has a doctor's degree in engineering, management and economics, and has been engaged in engineering cost business for at least 1 year.

（5） For personnel with corresponding education background or degree in other majors, the working years of engineering cost business shall be increased by 1 year.

Adjusted registration conditions

（1） Have a college degree (or higher vocational education) in engineering cost, and have been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management for at least 4 years;

He has obtained a college degree (or higher vocational education) in civil engineering, water conservancy, equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, finance and commerce, and has been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management for at least 5 years.

（2） Have a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering management with engineering cost and passed the professional evaluation (certification) of engineering education, and have been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management business for at least 3 years; Have a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering, management and economics, and have been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management for at least 4 years.

（3） Have a master's degree or a second bachelor's degree in engineering, management and economics, and have been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management for at least 2 years.

（4） He has a doctor's degree in engineering, management and economics.

（5） For personnel with corresponding education background or degree in other majors, the working years of engineering cost and engineering management business shall be increased by 1 year.

Class II cost engineer

Current registration conditions

（1） Have a college degree (or higher vocational education) in engineering cost, and have been engaged in engineering cost business for at least 2 years;

He has obtained a college degree (or higher vocational education) in civil engineering, water conservancy, equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, finance and commerce, and has been engaged in engineering cost business for at least 3 years.

（2） Have a bachelor's degree or above in engineering management and engineering cost, and have been engaged in engineering cost business for at least 1 year; Obtained bachelor's degree or above in engineering, management and economics, and worked in engineering cost business for at least 2 years.

（3） For personnel with corresponding education background or degree in other majors, the working years of engineering cost business shall be increased by 1 year.

Adjusted registration conditions

（1） Have a college degree (or higher vocational education) in engineering cost, and have been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management for at least 1 year;

He has obtained a college degree (or higher vocational education) in civil engineering, water conservancy, equipment manufacturing, transportation, electronic information, finance and commerce, and has been engaged in engineering cost and engineering management for at least 2 years.

（2） Bachelor degree or above in engineering cost; Obtained bachelor's degree or above in engineering, management and economics, and worked in engineering cost and engineering management for at least 1 year.

（3） For personnel with corresponding education background or degree in other majors, the working years of engineering cost and engineering management business will be increased by 1 year.

Supervision Engineer

Current registration conditions

（1） He has a college degree (or higher vocational education) in major engineering disciplines, and has been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other businesses for at least 6 years.

（2） Have a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other businesses for at least 4 years.

（3） Have a master's degree or professional degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other businesses for at least 2 years.

（4） He has a doctorate degree in engineering, management science and engineering.

The regions that have been approved to carry out the pilot project and apply for the professional qualification examination of supervision engineers shall have a bachelor's degree or above.

Adjusted registration conditions

（1） Have a college degree (or higher vocational education) in major engineering disciplines, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other businesses for at least 4 years.

（2） Have a bachelor's degree or degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other businesses for at least 3 years.

（3） Have a master's degree or professional degree in engineering, management science and engineering, and have been engaged in engineering construction, supervision, design and other businesses for at least 2 years.

（4） He has a doctorate degree in engineering, management science and engineering.

The regions that have been approved to carry out the pilot project and apply for the professional qualification examination of supervision engineers shall have a bachelor's degree or above.
