1.14 Application of building information model technology
If the building information model technology is proposed to be used in the project, both parties to the contract shall comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards and comply with the relevant local standards or guidelines of the project location. Both parties to the contract shall agree on the development, use, storage, transmission, delivery and cost of the building information model in the special contract conditions. Unless otherwise agreed in the special contract conditions, the contractor shall be responsible for negotiating with other users in the project.

If you have any questions during the implementation, please contact the Construction Market Supervision Department of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Network Transaction Supervision and Administration Department of the General Administration of Market Supervision. The original Model Text of EPC Contract for Construction Projects (for Trial Implementation) (GF-2011-0216) shall be abolished at the same time.
